Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of the appointment or full amount will be lost.

This can be transferred to an alternative date depending on Laura’s availability. 

Any cancellations made within 7 days will be liable to be lost.

Cancellations by Laura due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the performance of her obligations and where no other suitable alternative can be given will result in a full refund to the Client. No further compensation will be offered. An alternative highly recommended makeup artist might be suggested by Laura. 

Refunds are issued via the same method of payment.
